The User Experience (UX) Designer creates satisfying and compelling experiences for users of the Orange Logic Platform, based on user research, workflow analysis, and client feedback. In addition, the UX Designer exhibits curiosity and passion to understand customer problems and works collaboratively in thought experimentation and iteration throughout the design process.
Your Role at Orange Logic:
- Develops a range of UX deliverables, including task flows, information architecture (IA) diagrams, design studies, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
. - Creates detailed design specifications for our product development team
. - Plans and conducts user research, user testing, and A/B testing
. - Distills complicated problems into simple and elegant solutions
. - Uses recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experience
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable about UX fundamentals and best practices.
- 5 years experience in design for a SaaS and B2B product.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creation of experiences that solved business and user needs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; Javascript is a plus.
- Knowledge and deep understanding of composition, balance, symmetry, and white space.
- Ability to execute complex projects with high levels of ambiguity and limited direction.
- Fluency in Figma.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $100,000 - 140,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
