We’re not just building powerful software, we’re building a team of bold thinkers, collaborators, and problem-solvers who care deeply about delivering real value.  The Technical Solutions Architect plays a critical role in leading the strategic design and architecture of comprehensive solutions for our platform to meet the specific needs of our customers. By collaborating closely with product, engineering, sales, services, the Technical Solutions Architect uses their technical expertise to ensure that our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements, ultimately helping clients maximize the value of their Orange Logic investment. 

You Role at Orange Logic:

  • Design and architect customized solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems
  • Determine infrastructure requirements to ensure customers instances are appropriately configured to manage expected throughput/usage
  • Design and implement enterprise-level integration strategies, ensuring scalability and interoperability across system and those of our customers
  • Maintain overall solution architecture principles, aligning with long-term business objectives
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams and integration specifications
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet the highest standards of performance and security
  • Lead technical discussions and presentations with clients, providing clear and concise explanations of proposed solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales and post-sales implementation process, including conducting demos, proof-of-concept projects, and assisting with technical questions in RFP’s
  • Provide technical and development support for the SE team around complex workflows, integrations and setup for demos and POC’s
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present technical proposals that address client needs and showcase Orange Logic’s capabilities
  • Provide technical assistance for partners to design & develop integrations, connectors and joint solutions leverage the strengths of both parties, ensuring compatibility and maximizing value for clients
  • Stay informed about partner offerings and roadmaps, identifying opportunities for integration and innovation that can benefit Orange Logic and its clients
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital asset management
  • Continuously improve your knowledge and skills, seeking opportunities for professional development and certification
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on client needs and potential enhancements to Orange Logic’s platform
  • Identify and implement improvements to the Solution Design process and methodologies

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations
  • Related product experience and technical background
  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey highly technical software concepts in an easy-to-understand way
  • Ability to collaborate to develop a selling strategy that appeals to the client well
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented sales approach
  • Proficient with G-Suite or related software
  • Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work
  • Open minded and willing to venture off the beaten track

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $150,000 - 180,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
