The Financial Analyst will assist with financial planning and budgeting processes, financial statements analysis and reports, development of financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis. Ultimately, the Financial Analyst will process data from disparate sources to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights that support leaders in making critical business decisions.
You Role at Orange Logic:
- Prepare consolidated budgets for US and foreign entities
- Prepare rolling financial forecasts
- Prepare consolidated financial statements with foreign currency translation
- Consolidated financial modeling and reporting
- Assist with management reporting and executive presentations
- Prepare analyses of company wide CARR movement
- Establish, monitor and analyze SaaS and financial KPIs
- Prepare cash forecasts
- Perform variance analysis on cash and financial budget
- Ensure alignment between financial reporting, revenue recognition, and SaaS metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal controls and policies
- Support ad-hoc and special requests as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- SaaS / Software industry experience required
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, etc.)
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continual improvement
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) with an ability to translate complicated financial data to non-financial people
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization
- Self-starter capable of identifying inefficiencies, proposing and implementing scalable solutions

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
