Senior IT Delivery Manager

Oversee and lead Orange Logic’s IT portfolio as the Senior IT Delivery Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful, strategically aligned, and operationally excellent delivery of all IT initiatives across various teams and projects.

Your Role at Orange Logic: 

• Lead a portfolio of IT and infrastructure projects to deliver on scope, timeline, and quality goals.
• Manage and mentor Project/Delivery Managers, driving accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Partner with the VP of IT to set strategic priorities, refine delivery processes, and standardize governance and reporting.
• Define, track, and present IT delivery KPIs/OKRs (e.g., capacity vs. planned work, support desk performance, infrastructure throughput).
• Report delivery insights to leadership to improve planning, capacity, and operational performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional work between IT, PM, CSM, and Sales to ensure clean handoffs and aligned ownership.
• Oversee complex, multi-customer initiatives (modernization, migrations, global expansions).
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement across IT delivery and act as senior escalation point for risks and issues.

Ideal Qualifications: 

• B.S. degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years leading complex IT/infrastructure projects, including 3+ years in a management/senior delivery role.
• Experience building, coaching, and managing project/delivery manager teams.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid frameworks and when to apply each.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, OS, and SaaS to plan and coordinate work.
• Proven track record defining and communicating KPIs/OKRs for IT delivery and improving processes via data.
• Excellent stakeholder, leadership, and communication skills; able to influence across teams and levels.
• Experience with OrangeDAM implementations is a plus.

Compensation: 

The target compensation for this position is $100,000 - 150,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
