You Role at Orange Logic:
- Strategic bridge between the Marketing and Product Development teams, crafting compelling product narratives, driving go-to-market strategies, and aligning product messaging to resonate with diverse audiences.
- Develop and refine differentiated product messaging and positioning for new and existing offerings.
- Conduct and maintain competitive landscape analysis to inform marketing decisions and product enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product value propositions and market narratives.
- Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to produce high-impact educational content across multiple channels, including digital, print, video, and presentations.
- Serve as the product evangelist, presenting to internal stakeholders, customers, prospects, and at industry events.
- Create scalable, region-neutral sales enablement tools, training materials, and collateral that drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as the subject matter expert and spokesperson for Orange Logic’s products on all customer-facing fronts.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to inform messaging and product development.
- Champion a customer-first mindset in all marketing initiatives.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven success in leading go-to-market strategies and positioning for complex, tech-driven products.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a sharp eye for market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics.
- Experienced in managing and mentoring teams, driving both execution and strategic vision.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities and high-impact goals.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $175,000 - 210,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
