The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact across key audiences. This role owns email and lifecycle marketing programs, orchestrates multi-channel campaigns, manages the organic social calendar, and partners closely with Growth, PMM, Brand, Content, Field, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic planning with hands-on channel management and cross-functional coordination.
Your Role at Orange Logic:
- Translate business priorities and PMM/Brand narratives into clear, actionable campaign plans (audiences, offers, channels, messaging).
- Coordinate with Growth (paid), Brand/Content/Comms (creative + messaging), PMM (positioning), and Field teams (regional/account activation) to ensure aligned execution.
- Own and maintain the integrated campaign calendar to prevent channel overload, segment fatigue, and misalignment across teams.
- Own email as a core marketing channel, including strategy, execution, testing, and performance analysis.
- Design and manage always-on lifecycle programs (e.g., new leads, post-event nurture, recycling, newsletter, expansion).
- Ensure nurture programs support measurable conversion, pipeline creation, and progression.
- Build and manage an integrated organic social calendar aligned to campaigns, customer stories, analyst wins, launches, and events.
- Partner with Brand and Content teams to ensure messaging, tone, and creative assets align with brand standards.
- Oversee scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting for organic social.
- Partner with Field Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to define and refine target account lists and tiers.
- Translate ABM strategy into actionable plays, including tailored email tracks, content bundles, event flows, and campaign sequences.
- Coordinate with Field and SDRs/AEs to ensure execution alignment and track account engagement and pipeline influence.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles (B2B preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel campaigns and email/lifecycle programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign sequencing, and lead lifecycle principles.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Growth/Paid, PMM, Brand, Content, Field, and Sales).
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and social publishing tools. HubSpot preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize dynamically.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $120,000 - 150,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
