The Vice President of Marketing will lead and scale Orange Logic’s core marketing functions. This role is responsible for turning company growth priorities into high-impact marketing programs that drive enterprise pipeline, support large deal cycles, and strengthen Orange Logic’s position in the enterprise SaaS market.
Your Role at Orange Logic:
Marketing Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Set and own the global marketing strategy focused on enterprise pipeline growth, revenue impact, and high-value deals
- Translate company objectives into clear marketing priorities, performance targets, and KPIs
- Maintain full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline, SAL/SQL and MQL contribution, and revenue alignment
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Define the enterprise demand generation strategy, investment priorities, and success metrics
- Lead through the Head of Demand Generation to scale ABM, field marketing, digital, and content programs
- Review performance, optimize mix and spend, and ensure strong alignment with sales territories, key accounts, and major opportunities
Brand, Messaging & Market Presence
- Partner with the Senior Director of Brand & Communications to set brand strategy, corporate messaging, and positioning standards for the company
- Ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across all channels and touchpoints
Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market Alignment
- Partner closely with the CRO and sales leadership to support complex enterprise sales cycles
- Ensure marketing messaging, content, and programs address buyer needs throughout high-value sales conversations
- Guide ICP definition, segmentation, competitive positioning, and market prioritization in partnership with product and sales
Marketing Operations & Scale
- Establish operational rigor across the marketing organization, including planning, reporting, attribution, and forecasting
- Drive scalable processes, tools, and best practices that enable efficient, sustainable growth
- Ensure marketing performance is visible, measurable, and aligned to company revenue goals
Team Leadership & Global Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global marketing leadership team
- Drive collaboration, accountability, and alignment across demand generation, brand, product marketing, and operations
Ideal Qualifications:
- Marketing Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading multiple marketing functions within a B2B or enterprise SaaS organization
- Execution-Focused Leadership: Strong ability to turn strategy into campaigns, programs, and measurable outcomes
- Experience Scaling a Marketing Function: Proven ability to scale a marketing team and programs to support sustained growth
- Strategic & Hands-On Leadership: Ability to set direction while remaining involved in execution as needed
- Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success building and optimizing demand generation engines that support enterprise sales
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience partnering closely with sales, product, and executive teams
- Enterprise Messaging Expertise: Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions
- Enterprise SaaS Experience: Experience marketing SaaS products to large enterprises with deal sizes

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $240,000 - 280,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
