We’re looking for a strategic, AI-forward Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our global growth engine across enterprise acquisition, customer expansion, and market visibility. This role will drive pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, AI-enabled marketing operations, account-based marketing, lifecycle programs, and data-driven optimization.
Your Role at Orange Logic:
- Develop and execute a global growth marketing strategy aligned to revenue and expansion goals
- Own pipeline generation across net-new customer acquisition and customer expansion initiatives
- Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, ABM, lifecycle marketing, webinars, sponsorships, and paid media
- Build and operationalize AI-enabled marketing workflows to improve personalization, automation, reporting, and campaign performance
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Brand, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to drive measurable business outcomes
- Oversee external agencies and partner marketing initiatives to expand reach and optimize ROI
- Establish scalable reporting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
- Drive experimentation, optimization, and AI-forward innovation across the marketing organization
Ideal Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing leadership experience within B2B SaaS
- Proven success driving enterprise pipeline growth and customer expansion programs
- Deep expertise in ABM, lifecycle marketing, paid media, customer marketing, and campaign strategy
- Experience implementing AI-enabled marketing workflows, automation systems, and operational efficiencies
- Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, funnel optimization, and marketing operations
- Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and external digital agencies
- Familiarity with modern martech ecosystems and HubSpot preferred
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $150,000 - 200,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
