The AI Solutions Architect owns the technical and value blueprint that turns Orange Logic’s AI-agent platform into measurable customer ROI— from first discovery workshop through production roll-out and ongoing optimization.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

• Lead Discovery & ROI Design: Facilitate AI Design Sprints with prospects and clients to surface high-impact use cases, build ROI models, and map platform capabilities to business outcomes.
• Define Solution Blueprinting: Develop secure, scalable deployment architectures and supporting collateral to streamline approvals, including technical design and cost modeling.
• Build and tune prompt chains, tool registries, and context routing flows for production agents.
• Oversee Prompt & Agent Authoring: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype, test, and validate prompt chains, tool registries, and context routing flows.
• Manage Pilot Orchestration: Design and execute structured AI pilots, track success metrics, gather telemetry data, and support wrap-up reviews and recommendations.
• Drive Production Roll-out & Optimization: Guide clients through phased roll-outs (e.g., blue/green deployments), ongoing tuning cycles, and value realization through monitoring and feedback loops.
• Develop Playbooks and Reusable Assets: Create reusable reference architectures, playbooks, and prompt libraries to enable Sales Engineers, CSMs, and clients.
• Feedback Loop to Product Team: Channel field insights, client feedback, and telemetry results into actionable recommendations for product roadmap and marketing strategy.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Can design and implement cloud-based ML solutions – you’ve built and deployed ML/Gen-AI systems using modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including vector stores, API endpoints, or orchestration layers.
• Can operate in the room with the VP of Infrastructure, VP of Engineering, or infosec leadership – you’re comfortable explaining data flow, access control, and risk mitigation in concrete technical terms that win trust and unblock deals.
• Fluent in building and debugging LLM-based systems – you can wire up a prompt with tool-calling or RAG, iterate quickly, understand context windows, token limits, and latency/cost trade-offs.
• Experienced with LLM orchestration frameworks – you’ve used or closely studied tools like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar—enough to make architectural recommendations and hands-on prototypes.
• Understand the blockers to AI adoption – you can clearly articulate what derails enterprise Gen-AI rollouts—compliance concerns, hallucination risk, data privacy, internal politics—and how to plan around them.
• Think in terms of change management, not just delivery – you treat a successful pilot as the start of adoption, not the end—you’re able to build success plans that include training, tuning cycles, telemetry, and outcome tracking.

Compensation: 

The target compensation for this position is $150,000 - 200,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
