We’re not just building powerful software, we’re building a team of bold thinkers, collaborators, and problem-solvers who care deeply about delivering real value.The Project Manager coordinates software implementation projects, and works with customers and internal teams to keep deliverables organized, on schedule, and within scope. The role supports project planning, communication, risk tracking, and customer handoff with guidance from senior members of the Project Management team.

 

You Role at Orange Logic:

  • Coordinate Phase 1 implementations and selected later-phase statements of work, working with project leads to track schedule, scope, and budget
  • Create and maintain project plans, milestones, action items, meeting notes, and status updates
  • Monitor project progress and promptly flag delays, risks, dependencies, or scope concerns to the appropriate project lead
  • Support project meetings, document decisions, assign action items, and follow up with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with drafting change requests when scope or requirements change
  • Coordinate a smooth transition to Customer Success when an implementation is complete
  • Share observations and suggestions that may improve the implementation process

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects, in software implementation, professional services, SaaS, or another customer-facing technical environment
  • Working knowledge of project management principles, planning, and task tracking
  • Ability to keep projects organized, follow through on action items, and meet deadlines
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and confidence working with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to build productive working relationships and help resolve routine project issues
  • Technically curious and comfortable learning how software systems and customer workflows operate
  • Comfort asking questions, identifying risks, and escalating issues when support is needed
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or similar productivity and collaboration tools
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems is preferred but not required

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $80,000 - 100,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
