Senior Project Manager

For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Cortex. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions; securing and organizing their assets. This role plans, establishes, and manages software implementation projects (with a focus on Phase 1 implementations) and serves as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.

What you can expect in your role: 

• Manage Phase 1 implementations (with some later-phase SOWs) to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
• Set and track project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
• Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately
• Drafts change requests, as needed
• Ensures a customer's successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion
• Provides recommendations to improve the Phase 1 process

You are: 

• Obtained a bachelor degree 
• 5+ years experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations.
• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
• Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
• Proficient with G-Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $90,000 - 120,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
