For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Cortex. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions; securing and organizing their assets. The role is responsible for all matters specific to their assigned accounts including account management, contracts and renewals negotiation, and ensuring that company offerings meet the individual needs of clients. 

What you can expect in your role: 

  • Generate pipeline within existing customers and drive expansion deals
  • Develops and maintains relationships with clients based on trust and respect; Acts as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts.
  • Oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Communicates with clients to understand their needs and applies knowledge of product features to match products to the needs of clients.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems on all assigned accounts.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of company products and business practices and industry trends to carry out a repeatable sales process.
  • Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.
  • Negotiates prices, terms of sales, & service agreements; prepares contracts & submits orders.

You are: 

  • Experienced in enterprise sales; enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Familiarity with cloud CRM systems (Hubspot or Salesforce)

Compensation: 

The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - 100,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
