Senior Product Manager

For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Cortex. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions; securing and organizing their assets. The Senior Product Manager plays a key role in shaping the strategy and vision for Orange Logic’s core product (SaaS applications and services). This position will amalgamate long-term strategy, the product vision, market and technology trends, and the identification of new product development opportunities.

What you can expect in your role: 

• Partner cross-functionally to innovate and prioritize SaaS application and service initiatives across the company
• Actively pursue additional technical knowledge of Orange Logic functionalities and apply learning new business needs or existing processes
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand the market needs and the product’s position within the market
• Prioritize major capabilities based on various factors like customer needs, market and technology trends, business goals, and resource availability
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including company executives, to report on product performance, progress, and future plans. This ensures transparency and alignment across the organization
• Foster an environment of innovation, driving continuous improvement and adaptation to emerging technologies and market shifts
• Interpret market needs and priorities into development requirements as needed
• Represent product vision, strategy and road map at key customer, industry and analyst events

You are:

• Obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, marketing/product or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management/product strategy experience with B2B SaaS products
• Data-driven; you understand how to use data to guide product decisions
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
• Proficient with G-Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborative and ability to work well with all kinds of personalities and teams across multiple geographies

Compensation: 

The target compensation for this position is $150,000 - 200,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
