As a Sales Development Representative at Orange Logic, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, identifying and engaging high-intent prospects to drive pipeline opportunities. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on strategic prospecting, enjoys connecting with potential customers, and isn’t afraid to put in the work—whether it’s through emails, calls, or other outreach efforts—to spark conversations and book meetings. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies and focus on the most promising opportunities.

What you can expect in your role: 

  • Identify, research, and engage high-value prospects through outbound outreach
  • Prioritize and follow up on high-intent website interactions to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Leverage data-driven insights from 3rd party platforms to focus on high-potential accounts.
  • Execute and refine outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to drive meaningful engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on target accounts
  • Track performance metrics (conversion rates, meetings booked, etc.) and continuously optimize for better results

Ideal Qualifications: 

  • Obtained a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • B2B SaaS sale experience
  • 2+ years experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or related role
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to engage prospects across multiple channels
  • Experience using CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms like 6sense and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)

Compensation: 

The target compensation for this position is $50,000 - 60,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
