Customer Success Manager

For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Cortex. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions; securing and organizing their assets. For this role you’ll engage with and be responsible for Orange Logic’s top customers.

 

What you can expect in your role: 

  • Working with customers to drive adoption, advocacy, retention, expansion, and overall success
  • Regular engagement with client stakeholders as the primary point of contact
  • Developing, executing, and continuously improving on account / success plans
  • Organizing with other teams servicing customers like professional services, support, operations and product development to align on outcomes

You are: 

  • Able to present and communicate effectively, critically problem-solve, develop strong client relationships, and manage expectations
  • Tech savvy, experienced with SaaS software, and understand Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment

Compensation: 

The target compensation for this position is $100,000 - 130,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
