Customer Success Manager


For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Cortex. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions; securing and organizing their assets. For this role you’ll engage with and be responsible for Orange Logic’s top customers, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. 

What you can expect in your role: 

  • Working with customers to drive adoption, advocacy, retention, expansion, and overall success
  • Regular engagement with client stakeholders as the primary point of contact
  • Developing, executing, and continuously improving on account / success plans
  • Organizing with other teams servicing customers like professional services, support, operations and product development to align on outcomes

You are: 

  • Able to present and communicate effectively, critically problem-solve, develop strong client relationships, and manage expectations
  • Tech savvy, experienced with SaaS software, and understand Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • A self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Able to travel up to 25% (no current travel due to COVID)
